Residential FAQ

Are you licensed and Insured?
Yes. Insurance validation is available upon request and for all Commercial Contracts.
How do you access my home?
Customers may call our office to discuss their options. We take extreme measures to protect each client. Your entry information will be kept  secure  and coded for security. Of course, you may meet the team at your residence. If neither of the above is possible, please make alternate arrangements with our office.
Who will clean our home?
Generally, we send out a team of three people. Sometimes we have a team of four people depending on how long the job will take. The team will not eat, drink, smoke or use any of the appliances in your home; they work steadily until the job is completed to your satisfaction.
What is your availability?
When scheduling an appointment, it is best to schedule at least a week in advance. Be advised, the weekends are our busiest days, and spaces fill up fast.
Are Annie The Maid teams trained & supervised?
All teams are classroom trained at ATM. Each team also has a supervisor who works along with the team.
What if something is damaged during the cleaning?
We treat your home with respect and care. Should one of our employees be responsible for damage or breakage while cleaning, Annie The Maid will make every effort to repair or, if necessary, replace the item.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
No, Annie The Maid brings all the equipment and normal cleaning supplies. The only products we do not supply are wood care and floor care products. These products are personal preference items and, as well, usually have an odor. We tend to avoid products with strong odor and/or lingering scents.
