In March 2009, the ATM team volunteered our services to the hit TV show “Extreme Home Makeover.” The team started every morning at 4:30 am and stayed until 2:00 pm, from the first day of demolition to the final touches on the day of the big reveal. ATM was responsible for all phases of cleaning, from the Rough Hauling of Materials created by the demolition to the Final Detail Clean performed only minutes before the family arrived to see their new home. It was truly a unique and rewarding experience for all of us. If given the opportunity, we would do it again!

ATM met the unique challenge of maintaining the Administration (OMSF) Building 7 stations, 7 platforms, and 9 trains, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, despite the heavy traffic and constant use. ATM was brought onboard (no pun intended) in January 2004 by Bombardier Transportation System/Las Vegas Monorail Co. to prepare for opening, and used the time before the system went operational to fine tune all cleaning systems and personnel. The result? A seamless opening day and a continued partnership with the client to maintain this facility in world class condition.

ATM received a call from Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino with a request to construction clean all 12,500 interior hotel room windows only 10 days prior to their grand opening. The job was completed early, giving interior maintenance and housekeeping three and a half days to use ATM for other projects. As a result, ATM cleaned the House of Blues Theatre, the new hotel theatre, and the interior and exterior reception area windows facing the Four Seasons Resort and the pool area, the interior valet entry area windows, all of the restaurant windows and various shop windows inside the hotel.

After Mandalay Bay’s opening, ATM was the only company able to respond to the question of how to clean the interior skylight windows 50 feet above the main reception area shark tank - a one of a kind aquarium in Nevada. ATM was also given the unique opportunity to keep the huge aquarium’s glass clean. A new, high-tech towel was used, which allows chemical-free cleaning with a streak-free shine without damaging the surface or the animals in any way. ATM was subsequently contracted to keep all the windows and skylights in the new convention center clean on a daily basis.

ATM is known for figuring out creative solutions when it comes to cleaning challenges that others may fear to tackle. Adventuredome, the five acre theme park in Circus Circus, called ATM to solve the problem of how to clean their air duct vents - 60 feet in the air. One 7,000 pound, 120 foot high articulating boom lift later, we were in business. The job was also tricky for a variety of other reasons, including obstructions from the many large rides, beams, water features, “mountains”, and griders.
